Summary - Provider-led SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training) route
This route is for those who wish to change career or are recently graduated.
The SCITT route allows you to spend four days a week in school with one day per week set aside for training from expert practitioners. You will be able to seamlessly link training and practice, thus becoming a confident teacher quickly.
If you are still studying now, you can begin training with us in the September following completion of your degree and should apply during your final year. We offer this provider-led route in both primary and a range of secondary subjects. Select your preferred phase below to find out more.
